Translation and Interpretation

Volunteer to provide translation or interpretation services. The need is most urgent in the areas of Spanish and American Sign Language.

Unpaid Internship

JustCause is seeking a law school graduate or law student to provide support to staff members. Responsibilities will include client intake and interviews, client calls, assisting with clinics, client outreach, assisting with research and the preparation of manuals for new programs, discussing cases with attorneys and JustCause’s Executive Director, preparing written synopsis of cases to be included in the monthly case list provided to volunteers, preparing client mailings, and entering case information into JustCause’s database.

Approximately 15 to 20 hours per week required. Hours are flexible. A three month commitment is requested.
